Cring does his thing by taking us on a journey through emotions, which are the center of human creativity–and foibles.
From the first squall at birth to the last snort at death, we’re all heart.

A creature of heart.Trying to ignore your emotions is like pretending you don’t have diarrhea. Messy.
Interestingly, you have been taught that your emotions betray you and make you too vulnerable. You are probably even instructed that women are the more emotional gender and men less so.
Easily disproven.
Case in point: after the team loses the game, who’s crying more–the players or the cheerleaders?
You are in this with everybody else, together. You are heart. You feel.
So how can you feel without coming across as an unstable ninny?
How about 2 P’s?
- Purity
- Peace
Yes–make sure you’re honest about your feelings, even if you’re only able to confess them to a mirror. Then, after purity has cleaned up your scene, seek a way to make peace with things.
Creatures of heart demand emotional relief, not spiritual platitudes. For you learned to lie by hiding your emotions.
But what if your emotions are so filthy and rotten that you dare not share them?
Briefly, back to the diarrhea: it is a condition that persists because something inside needs to get outside. If it doesn’t, you actually will poison your body.
A pure heart begins to see a possibility of God.
Peaceful emotions make you valuable as a Child of Promise in a frustrated world.
Stop for a moment: Speak aloud something you feel but have never gotten around to saying.
Feel better?
There you go.
The good news is, you have to feel
The better news is, feeling will make you feel better.

I think Jonathan has a marvelous speaking voice!
I’ve only heard a couple & am very impressed! Found both interesting!
